You know you are from Apple Valley when- You’re rockin’ to live music at the Civic Center Park Amphitheater Thursday evenings in the summer.
For the uninitiated, Apple Valley is about to begin its annual summer concert series and this will be the thirteenth year. With five events in the series offering a variety of music, you’ll find that some of the bands are local to the valley and a few are from “Down The Hill” but they all bring their own flair to our beautiful little town. There is certainly something special about living in a small(ish) town and The Sunset Concert Series reminds me why; because there’s nothing like experiencing a community through good music in a setting where you can sit under the stars with family and friends.
It’s a very casual affair where everyone brings a picnic, camp chairs, blankets (it does get cold out here at times) and sets up camp for the evening’s entertainment. This year I’m very proud to be associated with the events leading sponsor- Agio Real Estate Inc. Agio is a truly local real estate business and has been for nearly twenty years and so it seems only natural that we should sponsor such a popular hometown event.
